A hat for a sweater

The #fringeandfriendsknitalong Na Craga is moving along. I feel like I have about 15 more rows of knitting before I set the body aside and start work on the sleeves. Hopefully by the weekend I’ll have started on sleeves.

I broke and knit myself a coordinating hat over the long weekend, after seeing so many Shetland Wool week Shwooks looking very cozy in their natural habitat on social media. It’s in Brooklyn Tweed Loft leftover bits: Cast Iron, Embers, Fossil, Truffle Hunt, and Plume. I knit the smallest circumference and the medium/large length to make a hat with my favorite, slightly slouchy fit. Ravelled here.

What are you working on? Has changing weather inspired any quick turnaround knits for you?
